Ordering and payment process
Click on one of the product categories and navigate to the products to find the items you wish to purchase.
Select the appropriate size, weight, quantities etc before pressing the ‘Add to cart’ button or click on the product to read more.
You can view your shopping basket by clicking on it in the top right corner of the site.
You can change quantities and remove items from your basket by clicking View Cart.
At the checkout stage new customers will be asked to create a customer profile whilst returning customers will be asked to enter their email address and password.
When either is completed you will be able to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
When you have finished shopping you just need to follow 3 simple steps…
Step 1 Shipping information
On this page, please check we have the correct address that you require your goods to be sent to. If you need your goods to be left in a safe space, i.e., porch, shed, neighbour or need to leave a contact number etc. Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods left without a signature.
Step 2 Payment information
We currently use the PayPal and Total Secure Processing for all other cards, Apple and Google pay to take payments.
Collection from Baitworks
We are open to the public Monday – Fridays, 9am – 4.30pm, and Saturday 10am – 12pm, if you would like to collect direct from the unit.
If you are planning on ordering large quantities (50kg or more) We will need to know your order in advance by calling 01285 654845 during office hours or via email at [email protected] so we can get it ready for you.
