Neil Buckle – Operations

Neil joined the team back in July 2023 after a lengthly stint at the well known car manufacturer, Honda in Swindon. A role that focussed on efficiency, process and of course quality control. All attributes and skills that are well versed at Baitworks HQ. Swapping four wheels for carp food was an easy transition and Neil can often be found running the boilie machines as well as bagging bait and juggling transport logistics. Neil's a big rugby fan and after a lengthy break from carp fishing has once again caught the bug and can often be found angling on the club lakes at South Cerney, here on the waterpark or on the odd occasion in the Fishermans Rest..... cough cough!
