Robbie Ashton – Operations

Robbie is a local lad and one thats been surrounded by fishing for years, having grown up living over at lakes at the Hoburne. Robbie started his working life in the Tackle Den fishing tackle shop but joined us in August 2024. Robbie loves fishing for all species, with carp to over forty pound in his album he's also caught some cracking barbel and in the winter you may even find him hunting big predators on some of the countries most well known pike waters. Robbie makes a wicked round of Tea and is currently learning the ropes across all the manufacturing processes at Baitworks HQ.
